Documentation isn't updated correctly

I've noticed that the docs still have all of the false conjectures removed in equational#219 (for instance, https://teorth.github.io/equational_theories/docs/equational_theories/Generated/Vampire/Vampire_conjecture_15458.html). There are newer results then that, I think it just didn't remove these.
