Is it possible to view what grind_patterns where generated by @[grind]?

Yes, use @[grind?] (or @[grind? =] etc)
The output is a bit hard to read with the #1, #2 etc but it's doable

It would be nice if it did output a copy-pasteable equivalent grind_pattern
