My Bitmap image library is not taken by Reservoir

I’m trying to add my image library into Reservoir. It is located at https://github.com/varosi/Bitmap
I have tried to have all the Reservoir rules obeyed, but it still does not included. How can I debug what is happening?

Is it very recently that it met the criteria? There have been some GitHub incidents that last day or so. Both your repo and Resovoir show a Cannot retrieve latest commit at this time. message for me at the moment, so it seems plausible they are affected by an outage.

I have web access to GitHub. What branch is Reservoir trying to access - main or master?
