Permission denied on bors links

When I click a link like https://app.bors.tech/repositories/24316/log#batch-99236, which appears at the bottom of an approved PR, I get sent to a permission denied page. Is this a page that only maintainers can see?

(https://app.bors.tech/repositories/24316 works fine, but the links to batches lead back to the permission denied page)

Yes, I can see that page, so perhaps it is set as maintainers only. That seems unnecessary, but there doesn't seem to be a configuration setting at the bors end to make it visible to all.
