Topic: is github slow for everyone or just me?

Both my browser and command line take a very long time getting responses from github (about 30 secs, or something, sometimes timeout). Do others experience this as well?

Just clicking through some files, but it is quiet responsive for me (using Firefox 61.0.2 on Fedora)
