Impact of section names?

Do section names have any sort of impact compared to unnamed sections? I mean section Foo ... end Foo vs section ... end. E.g. impact on searching, displaying names in the web, or anything whatsoever; other than (potentially) helping people reading the code figure out how things are organized.

It is only about the code organization, it does not show up in the doc, and does not have any different effect compared to unnamed sections. But it is much easier to understand the structure of a file with named sections.
