Fix broken links in docs #8785

Hi, I fixed two broken links from the markdown docs in lean4 repo. They pointed to other markdown files in the repo that no longer exist. I changed them to point to the online docs now that they have been moved. https://github.com/leanprover/lean4/pull/8785
