In this PR, @Yury G. Kudryashov renames Covby to CovBy in accordance to the naming convention. Otoh, @Yaël Dillies remarks that this might hinder typing speed, without much benefit.

I prefer to see word boundaries. Without capital B, it's natural to try to read it as a single word, the wonder what does it mean.

There's also Wcovby vs WCovBy.

I guess, it makes no sense to use different conventions in these 2 cases. Either Covby and WCovby or CovBy and WCovBy.
