Adding a stream

We just started up a lean seminar at Berkeley. Would it make sense (and be acceptable) to add a stream for this?

the conversation around "is adding streams expensive" is about fracturing existing discussion

creating a new stream as a "landing place" for people from outside of the community and incubating discussion there is good for ~everyone

If you want to be conservative you can make it a private stream.
