can we make old streams "invisible"

New members are still finding the LftCM2020 stream... can we make such streams very invisible to new members?

Its in the default streams list still right now, that's probably all that needs to change

I don't think there's any invisibility setting beyond deleting it, but apparently we can restrict posting privileges on any stream to "admin only"
