global LaTeX macros

It's great that $$\Z$$ makes $\Z$, but in all my LaTeX files (because I'm a number theorist) I have $$\Q$$ meaning $\mathbb{Q}$ and many other macros. Is it possible to make some global collection of LaTeX macros which would work across this Zulip instance? [Test just to check that $$\Q$$ doesn't work...]
