removed thread

Not sure whether this is the right channel for this, but I commented in a thread advertising https://github.com/gift-framework/core (largely AI generated) a few days ago, but I could no longer find it today. Did the author or the admin delete the thread? It would be nice if Zulip sent a notification to all participants when a thread is removed.

Often we moderators "delete" threads by moving them to a secret channel shared by moderators

That leaves an audit trail for other moderators about what was deleted and who did the deletion
