Some trivial inconveniences from my first time watching a discord stream:

1. i had to click or type things like 10 times after opening the link before seeing the video
2. i didn't see a way to look at text chat and the video at the same time; even after having it explained it was not easy

a thing about twitch, (which i'll cal an advantage, because you can turn it off by having an unlisted stream, I think)
on my first stream, 10 strangers wandered through, 2 of them long enough to ask nontrivial questions
