error downloading Lean

I suspect this is related to the network cache issues we've been having (cf. #mathlib4 > lake exe cache get @ 💬 ), but a CI job just failed to download Lean about half an hour ago: https://github.com/leanprover-community/mathlib4/actions/runs/17409689023/job/49424249995#step:3:70

(It seems to be working now.)
