Cambridge's PhD application cycle is slowely closeing with the funding deadline being December 5th. Cambridge CS has various people working on Lean in different areas. We do not suggest specific projects, but invite applications proposing your personal PhD project. https://www.postgraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/courses/directory/cscspdpcs.
