After the last Mathlib Maintainers meeting, it was resolved that Batteries will add new maintainers. Please welcome Matthew Ballard and François G. Dorais as maintainers who will work with current maintainers (myself and Kim Morrison). We all look forward to working with Batteries users to revive the library as a useful tool for programmers and computer scientists using Lean.
