Should this stream be Web-public? I just spotted this by accident browsing on someone else's computer

This stream is not really intended for the public, although we are not saying anything confidential (it's just presumably not terribly interesting to people who are not involved in our project). When we created this stream, we found out that it was simpler to have it be public (that way we do not need an administrator), so we went for the easier option.
