The proof of equation (2.1.4) in Lemma 2.1.3 starts by applying (1.0.15) to K_s. But (1.0.15) is a property of CZ kernels, and it's K that's assumed to be a CZ kernel, not K_s. Am I missing something here?

Assuming I'm right that this a mistake, is the correct version of the proof readily available? I don't mind working out the details on my own, but I'll take the proof if it's not an inconvenience.

EDIT: Actually, I think the proof turns out to be very easy, so just let me know if I've misunderstood something.

I think the intention is to apply (1.0.15) to K, not K_s. The proof is indeed quite sparse, but I'm glad you managed to figure it out. Feel free to add a few more steps in the blueprint!
