TS + NextJS adj matrix searching with anti-1481, 2087 etc.

Made this. If you like TS + React, you can play with it too on your localhost. Might be buggy. It's a short term bet for people who want to experiment without the ATP. You can click on the items in the matrix to switch them from 0 to 1, or vice versa. Bad paths are not fully implemented yet. A couple of things like anti-1481, anti-166, and so on are there, but that'd still need to be checked.

Posting in case if someone wants to work on it / have access to it.
