Oriented angles in right-angled triangles. #

THIS FILE IS SYNCHRONIZED WITH MATHLIB4. Any changes to this file require a corresponding PR to mathlib4.

This file proves basic geometrical results about distances and oriented angles in (possibly degenerate) right-angled triangles in real inner product spaces and Euclidean affine spaces.
